On July 24, 2009, Debra March, director of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies and Dean Paul Jarley presented Patricia Nooney, managing diector for CB Richard Ellis, a plaque recognizing the company's outstanding support of the Benefactor Society of UNLV. The Silver Medallion plaque represents more than $100,000 of annual cumulative giving to the university.
Through its membership in the Academic Corporate Council, CB Richard Ellis provides unrestricted support to the university for programs and students services. The company is also a long-time supporter of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, a natural fit for the real estate corporation.
