| College of Business Inducts New Members Into Beta Gamma Sigma |

26 students in the College of Business are now lifetime members of Beta Gamma
Sigma, the honor society for business programs accredited by AACSB
International. The students were honored at a dinner and induction ceremony for the UNLV
chapter on April 16.
Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business
student anywhere in the world can receive in an undergraduate or master's
program at a school accredited by AACSB International.
Each of this year's inductees has exhibited outstanding scholarship at
either the graduate or undergraduate levels, and all of them have a grade point
average of 3.71 or higher on a 4.0 scale. A member of Beta Gamma Sigma is
encouraged to honor academic achievement in the study of business and
professional excellence in the practice of business.
