Real Estate & Business Society (REBS) |

The Purpose of the Real Estate and Business Society (REBS) is to organize its members and introduce them to the business of Real Estate and its related fields through guest lectures, field trips, mentoring, volunteer opportunities and other valuable learning experiences. Alumni, faculty advisors and other industry representatives will participate along to enrich the experience for students. Some of the benefits to students include:
- Networking: Networking opportunities available with industry groups including NAIOP (monthly industry breakfast and scholarship), CCIM (monthly luncheon and scholarship)), SIOR (scholarship), ICSC, ULI and others.
- Mentoring: Allows students to be paired with industry leaders within their area of interest for a semester long match. This program gives students the opportunity to explore the real world before graduation and will assist in determining the correct career path.
- Internship: Opportunities to serve in internship with Industry employers.
- Scholarship: Numerous scholarship opportunities are available in the real estate majors, check with Professor Hoyt to find out if you are eligible.
- Career Opportunities: Learn about the many career opportunities in Real Estate!
