Stoney Alder, Ph.D.Assistant Professor |

Dr. Alder is assistant professor of management. He received his Ph.D. in Organization Management with emphases in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and a minor in Organization Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently teaches Organizational Behavior at the MBA and EMBA levels and undergraduate Human Resource Management courses. His research interests include organizational justice and electronic monitoring. His work has appeared in a number of journals including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, the Journal of High Technology Management Research, and Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management among others. |
