Joseph Gilbert, Ph.D.Associate Professor |

Joseph Gilbert teaches in the areas of Business Strategy, Business and Society, and Business Ethics. He co-teaches (with Professor Robert Aalberts) a required MBA course on Law, Regulation and Ethics. In 2005 he was the Department of Management Teacher of the Year, and the College of Business Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year for Teaching. His recent research is in the area of Business Ethics. Articles have been accepted or published in the Journal of Business Ethics, Teaching Business Ethics, SAM Advanced Management Journal, and Business Horizons. Prior to receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California, he had extensive managerial experience in the financial services industry. He currently serves on the Ethics Committee at University Medical Center Hospital in Las Vegas |
