Welcome to the MBA Programs Office in the College of Business at
UNLV. The MBA Programs offer a rich variety of opportunities for
anyone interested in the demanding world of business. Technology has
changed the structure of how people communicate and interact, and the
business world is no different. The MBA Programs provide our students
with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the fast-paced,
always changing world of business through innovative and dynamic
programs and courses. Our instructors are committed to educational
excellence and work to ensure that courses are intellectually
challenging and stimulating.
In the past year, the MBA Programs Office has seen many changes. In
addition to our four concentrations in Finance, MIS (Management
Information Systems), Service Marketing, and New Venture Management, we
also offer dual degree programs with the Hotel Administration, the Law
School, the School of Dental Medicine, and our newest dual degree
program with the MIS Department. Our MBA Program was traditionally an
evening program structured to allow for a flexible and convenient
schedule. We have enjoyed success with our evening program and are
pleased to now include a Full Time Day Program.
The UNLV College of Business has been fully accredited by AACSB
International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of
Business), the highest level of accreditation attainable. We are among
25 percent of all national and international schools offering business
programs to have received this distinction and the only program
accredited in Southern Nevada. AACSB accreditation represents a value
of high quality and standards that is widely recognized within academic
and business professional circles.
